Περιγραφή
The Managing Authority of the Interreg (VI-A) IPA CBC “Greece-Albania” 2021-2027 is launching the 1st Open Call for Common Project Proposals, with a substantial budget of € 17,319 million.
The total budget will range from € 700.000 to € 1.5 million per project. The EU contribution is 80% of the project’s total eligible costs and the project’s national co-financing is 20% of the total eligible costs.
Within the 1st Call for Project Proposals, proposals can be submitted under the following Specific Objectives:
RSO 2.4 Promoting climate change adaptation and disaster risk prevention, resilience taking into account e-co-system-based approaches
RSO 2.5 Promoting access to water and sustainable water management
RSO 2.7 Enhancing biodiversity, green infrastructure in the urban environment and reducing pollution
RSO 3.2 Developing and enhancing sustainable, climate resilient, intelligent and intermodal national, regional and local mobility, including improved access to TEN-T and cross-border mobility
RSO 4.5. Ensuring equal access to health care and fostering resilience of health systems, including primary care, and promoting the transition from institutional to family-and community-based care
RSO 4.6 Enhancing the role of culture and sustainable tourism in economic development, social inclusion and social innovation
The description of Programme priorities and objectives, together with indicative actions, is provided in chapter 2 of the Interreg Programme (IP) available at the Programme website here, which defines the Programme strategy and intervention logic for Interreg IPA CBC Greece-Albania Programme 2021-2027, as adopted by the European Commission.
Submission restrictions:
Each beneficiary may submit up to five (5) Project Proposals in the Present Call. The above limit applies to all types of Beneficiaries (LB, PB) and it is applied at Call-level – not at Specific Objective level. In case a Potential Beneficiary applies to more than five (5) Project Proposals, then the first five (5) proposals submitted via MIS will be assessed.
Potential Applicants are encouraged, in order to understand the main features of the Call, develop their project ideas and draft their proposals, to carefully read:

Προκειμένου να πραγματοποιηθεί η επιλογή των 5 προτάσεων στο πλαίσιο της πρόσκλησης Interreg (VI-A) IPA CBC “Greece-Albania” 2021-2027, καλούνται οι επικεφαλής των ενδιαφερόμενων προς υποβολή ερευνητικών ομάδων να υποβάλλουν την σχετική πρόθεση συμμετοχής τους σε προτάσεις το αργότερο έως τις 18/3/2024 στις 14:00.
Η πρόθεση υποβολής υποβάλλεται ηλεκτρονικά στη διεύθυνση rc@ionio.gr με θέμα: «Πρόταση Interreg Ελλάδα-Αλβανία» συνοδευόμενη από:
1.Τίτλο και σύντομη περιγραφή (έως 400 λέξεις) του έργου, συμπεριλαμβανομένης και της επιμέρους συνεισφοράς του Ιονίου Πανεπιστημίου.
2. Περιγραφή του σχήματος των εταίρων, τεκμηριωμένη με επιστολή πρόθεσης συμμετοχής από κάθε εταίρο και επισήμανση του κατά πόσο η ερευνητική ομάδα του Ιονίου Πανεπιστημίου σχεδιάζεται να είναι επικεφαλής εταίρος.
3. Συνοπτικό προϋπολογισμό του έργου, αλλά και με ανάλυση ανά κατηγορία δαπάνης του προϋπολογισμού που αντιστοιχεί στο Ιόνιο Πανεπιστήμιο.
4. Περιγραφή της ερευνητικής ομάδας του Ιονίου Πανεπιστημίου που θα συμμετέχει στο έργο (με ονομαστική αναφορά στα μέλη αυτής όσον αφορά στα μέλη ΔΕΠ).
Σημειώνεται ότι τυχόν πρόθεση υποβολής που θα κατατεθεί μετά την ανωτέρω προθεσμία δεν θα ληφθεί υπόψιν.
