Proposals shall be submitted only through the online application form: http://eform.enicbcmed.eu. Applications sent by other means will not be accepted.

E-application form user guide (version 1 - 08.08.2017) - the French version will be published in September.

Please note that the following countries have signed the Financing Agreement with the European Commission: Jordan, Palestine, Tunisia (list updated on 19 July 2017).
