CERETAB aims to improve border surveillance by enhancing cooperation between two EU Member States, Greece and Cyprus, via the exchange of vital information on their sea borders, in common areas of interest.
Specific Objective: to increase the situational awareness within the broad area defined by the Greek-Cypriot sea borders, through the development of a secure information exchange channel and the upgrading of the Greek-Cypriot National Coordination Centers cooperation, within the framework of the EUROSUR Regulation.
